Organic Theatre Company - Company Management Internship

In my role at Organic Theatre Company over the summer of 2016, I was the Company Management Intern. The two shows “Out of the Blue” and “The Good Doctor” were held on offsetting weekends. My role consisted of scheduling the other interns duties, communicating that to them, and coordinating transportation to and from the venue, as well as being in charge of set changeover. The set for the Good Doctor had several hanging props and a wall that we needed to place and remove props from. On the other hand Out of the Blue had a very minimal set but included a few large pieces so changeover was a complex and important part of the process.

The performances were held at the Greenhouse Theatre Center.
