Romeo and Juliet had a guest director which is why I wanted to do this show. Working with Richard was wonderful, working with someone outside of my university was also very refreshing. This show helped me understand the pace and preparation a professional director has. The set was two large cinderblocks that moved and configured in different ways and had pull outs. The configuration of these set pieces was a complex and challenged me to create thorough run sheets for the crew that detailed the complexity as well as condensed it into something understandable.
